No. You can start building your first menu or price list for free and there’s no credit card required unless you want to try out our premium features.
We accept nearly all credit and debit cards with the Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and JCB logos. Cards held outside the U.S. may be subject to additional fees or taxes, which are the responsibility of the cardholder. Because of the recurring nature of our service, we recommend using credit cards instead of debit cards, but it is ultimately up to you.
Absolutely. We use bank grade encryption to secure your payment information. To bill your monthly fees, we do not retain your credit card number and all additional payments are processed securely.
Not for most customers. Only customers with high volume pricing may be required to sign a contract.
Yes. You can build a menu or price list at no cost. You’ll only pay if you want to use our premium features.
All sales and fees are final. However, we offer an unlimited free period to build and create your menus or price lists and get a feel of what our platform is like. If you’re not happy with it during this time, contact us and we’ll do our best to help — but you can always cancel before going live without paying a dime.
Free users have a limit of 500 scans and sessions per month and premium users get 5,000 scans and sessions per month per location. Premium users get 500MB of storage per location. We won’t shut off or add extra fees for accounts that go over these limits from time to time, but if it becomes consistent pattern, we may reach out to discuss small additional fees. Users who expect high volume can contact our enterprise sales team for even better pricing.
If you go over your account limit your account will still function normally. If you go over your account will be billed at $1 per 100MB of storage, available in 100MB blocks only.
We do not collect any taxes. In some jurisdictions, you maybe be subject to additional sales, use or VAT type taxes. Our pricing does not include these costs. Also, please be aware that accounts outside of the U.S. may be subject to foreign transaction fees that are billed to your account.
